Terms and Conditions – 123pk Sports Betting Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 123pk. They apply to every aspect of your use of the platform — sports betting, casino games, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and any other feature or service offered on 123pk.

By completing registration, logging into your account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

If you access 123pk through the mobile app or any other interface, the same Terms apply. The platform and its features are provided for personal entertainment use only and must not be used for any commercial purpose.

2 Eligibility

To use 123pk, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 123pk strictly does not permit use by anyone under 18.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are not allowed and will result in suspension.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming programme linked to 123pk.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 123pk or any of its service providers.

123pk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending verification.

3 Account Registration

When registering on 123pk, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 123pk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration without formal verification.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 123pk account.
• Providing false information during registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• All communications from 123pk will be sent to the email address registered on your account — keep it current.

123pk may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or at any point deemed necessary for account security. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method may also be required.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 123pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, hidden exchange fees, or ambiguous charges at the point of deposit.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — fast interbank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — standard interbank fund transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit card deposits

Deposits are credited to your 123pk balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant. Bank transfers and card deposits may take additional processing time depending on the originating institution.

Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account not registered in your name — are not permitted and will be reversed. Funds deposited through a payment method must typically be withdrawn through the same method.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or an approved alternative method verified in your account.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification before processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see the Bonuses section.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest to process.
• Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard IBFT processing timelines.
• 123pk aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page, but external processing times are outside our control.

123pk reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing withdrawal funds. This may include requesting documentation to confirm the source of funds. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 123pk are subject to the specific rules for the sport and market in question, as well as the general betting rules described here. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player unless 123pk has specifically offered a cash-out or edit option for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed before you confirm your bet.
• Odds are displayed in your preferred format and are correct at the time of placement. Live in-play odds change in real time — the odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules, which may result in void bets being returned to your balance.
• Cricket bets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — follow specific cricket betting rules which take into account rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and match abandonment scenarios.
• 123pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Accumulator and combination bets are settled as each leg concludes. If one leg is voided, it is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs are settled at the adjusted odds.

Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the event concluding. 123pk's decision on bet settlement matters is final after the dispute resolution process is complete.

7 Casino Rules

The casino section of 123pk includes slots, live dealer games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games. All casino games use certified random number generation or live dealer formats with real-time streaming.

• Casino games are for entertainment. All outcomes are determined by the game software or live dealer process and are not influenced by 123pk or the player outside normal gameplay.
• Technical failures during a casino game session will be handled according to the specific game provider's rules. If a game round cannot be completed due to a disconnection, the round may be replayed from its last confirmed state or voided, depending on the provider.
• Casino bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus.
• Progressive jackpot games are available where offered and their specific rules, including jackpot triggering conditions, are governed by the individual game provider.
• Slot return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by each game's developer and are based on long-term statistical averages — individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

123pk may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the point of offer. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account once the qualifying conditions have been met — for example, a minimum deposit of a stated PKR amount.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus — or winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. If the deadline passes without the requirement being met, the remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the wagering process.
• 123pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, wagering patterns designed to exploit the offer without genuine gameplay intent, or any other behaviour deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Specific promotions — such as PSL season offers, T20 World Cup free bets, or welcome bonuses — will each have their own detailed terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms here and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

9 Responsible Gaming

123pk is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players who choose to use the platform for entertainment. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session reminders — receive notifications when you have been logged in for a set period of time.
• Transaction history — full access to your betting and payment history at any time.
• Temporary break — take a short break from the platform without closing your account.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from 123pk for a defined period or permanently.

10 Security and Fraud Prevention

123pk employs security measures to protect accounts and transactions. However, you also have responsibilities in keeping your account secure.

• Do not share your password, OTP, or account credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support immediately.
• Do not attempt to access another player's account under any circumstances.

Fraudulent activity — including but not limited to charge-backs, using stolen payment methods, collusion between accounts, bonus abuse, or any form of system manipulation — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities. 123pk uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular account activity.

If a charge-back is initiated on a deposit without a valid dispute being raised with 123pk first, the account will be suspended pending investigation. All costs associated with charge-back fraud will be pursued through appropriate channels.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

123pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse
• A charge-back or dispute initiated without prior contact with 123pk support
• Any behaviour that 123pk reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in your balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your available balance will be returned through your registered payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 123pk support. If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion decision, please use the responsible gaming tools in your account settings or contact support to ensure the exclusion is properly applied.

12 Limitation of Liability

123pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functional, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability.

• 123pk is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• 123pk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• In all cases, 123pk's total liability to any individual user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's 123pk account at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

123pk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of 123pk after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
